Our signature burger patty …

is a combination of smoked brisket, aged striploin & beef suet. We worked for over a year on the recipe to get the taste & texture of the burger just right. It’s smokey, it has real depth of flavour and it stays incredibly juicy even on the BBQ. This is a premium burger made from great grass fed beef and a thoughtful combination of cuts.

Our bacon get’s a lot of attention

and it’s something we are very proud of. If you are going to pay good money for burgers to be delivered to your door we are not going to add in some processed bought in bacon. Turning our free range pork belly into bacon is a two week process – it is dry cured for 5 days in house, left another 5 days in muscovado and demerara sugar and then smoked over applewood until meltingly tender. The result is quite literally the best bacon you can buy, but you can’t buy it :)

The supporting cast …

Aged Cheddar Cheese has the strength to stand up to the other bold flavours and we certainly prefer it over an easy single slice!

Black Garlic Mayo is the umami bomb that we can’t do without. Think of molasses, balsamic and garlic combined in one and then turned into the most addictive condiment imaginable.

Pickled Red Onions provide a real sharpness that helps cut through the richness.

Buttery Brioche Buns, the only way to keep the lot together!
